Globally renowned academic Professor Simon Chadwick brings his wealth of sports business knowledge to the VSI MSc Sporting Directors Course

Simon Chadwick is the Professor of Sports Enterprise at Salford University, where he is an integral member of the Centre for Sports Business. He is also a visiting Senior Fellow of the University of Nottingham’s China Policy Institute, of which he is a founding Co-Director of the China Soccer Observatory. Chadwick’s research and consultancy activities embrace marketing, strategy and the geo-politics of sport, areas in which he has worked with organisations ranging from UEFA and FC Barcelona to the Chinese Football Association and Arsenal. Chadwick has particular expertise in East Asian and Middle Eastern sport, geographic areas to which he regularly travels and works in. He is co-author of the acclaimed Business of Sports Management.
